Ingredients
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp [174g]Unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 cup [113g]butter, softened
  • 6 tbspGgranulated sugar
  • 6 tbspFirmly packed brown sugar
  • 1Large egg
  • 1/2 tspVanilla
  • 1 ⅔ cups [283g]Guittard Super Cookie Chips
  • 1/2 cup [60g]Chopped walnuts (optional)

Method

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment.

    In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

    In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light. Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in chips and walnuts.

    Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
