Online Store Shipping
Seasonal Shipping
Since we are sending you chocolate, we vary our shipping methods with seasonal temperatures. Our options always include expedited shipping or standard ground, however in the warmer months we often choose to expedite to make sure your chocolate remains in pristine condition.
Free Shipping
If your order totals more than $35 the shipping is on us. Happy baking.
Winter (November through April):
Expedited shipping is always available, but our standard shipping method for all orders is standard ground shipping.
Spring/Summer/Fall (May through October):
During the summer months we may elect to ship your product expedited with insulation and ice to make sure it arrives in pristine condition. If you qualify for free-shipping, we will absorb the cost of expedited shipping. Please be prepared to bring your shipment inside upon receipt to ensure your chocolate doesn't sit in the summer heat.
Exchanges & Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If at any time you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit. No sale is final. Please let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction coupled with your name, address, and phone number via e-mail to customercare@guittard.com. We will contact you to complete the exchange, return and credit process.
