Blend all ingredients except the egg whites. Add egg whites and mix until it comes together. Do not overmix!
Roll to approximately 7mm (1/4") thickness. Thicker is better. Sprinkle liberally with granulated sugar.
Mark with grooved rolling pin and cut into a 40mm (1.5") round shapes.
Bake at 340°F for approximately 10 minutes. Do not overbake!
