Since 2012, Jin’s focus has been on providing exceptional wholesale confections to upscale hotels and resorts in Las Vegas, Nevada. She opened her first retail location in downtown Las Vegas in 2014. Shortly after opening, her shop was voted "Best Chocolate Shop 2015" by the Las Vegas Review Journal.
Prior to establishing her own business, she worked as a Corporate Pastry Chef/Chocolatier at Mars Chocolate North America for 6 years. She was also in charge of chocolate operations at the Wynn Las Vegas and Bellagio hotels.
Jin has won many culinary awards. She was named " One of the Top 10 Chocolatiers" in North America by the publication, “Pastry Arts and Design.” She holds the distinction of being the only female to receive this honor. In 2007, she led her team to a silver medal at the National Pastry Team Championships.
