1 cup [227g] unsalted butter
2 cups [280g] chips, divided
4 [200g] eggs
2-1/4 cups [450g] Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 tsp espresso powder
1-1/2 cup [210g] all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt 1-1/2 cups [170g] Super Chips with butter. Whisk together eggs and sugar until light and stir in melted chocolate. Mix in vanilla, salt, and espresso powder. Fold in flour, then remaining chips, until just combined. Pour batter in a lined 9"x9" pan, bake for 35 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
