Combine all of the dry ingredients, except for the salt and coconut sugar, into a large bowl for mixing. Toast almond slivers, pecan halves, and chopped walnuts until golden brown and fragrant.
In a saucepan, combine the Agave syrup, maple syrup, coconut sugar, Almond butter, kosher salt, and Santè 72%. Heat mixture, while stirring, to about 60°C/104°F. Pour into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix thoroughly by hand.
Press evenly into a 1/4 sheet pan. Place parchment paper on top and even out with a rolling pin. Allow to cool before slicing.
